While LAM builds both speculative and custom homes, our preference is building custom homes. We know most buyers prefer to tailor a home to their exact liking.
In the past three years, LAM Development has completed or is working on over 15 projects in Old Leawood, Mission Hills and Fairway. LAM Development prides itself on building each of these homes to match the exterior historic and characteristic aesthetics in these neighborhoods while having all the amenities of a modern 21st Century home. The principal of LAM Development is Gary Justis. Gary has been an attorney specializing in environmental litigation in the Kansas City area for over 17 years. He has negotiated multi-million dollar settlements with government officials and Fortune 500 companies on a variety of complicated legal matters. Gary is also licensed as a Class A building contractor in Johnson County, Kansas with the capability of building both residential and commercial projects throughout the area. Since moving to Kansas City in 1991, Gary has also built four of his own homes in different parts of the KC Metro Area. With his legal and business experience, Gary brings a unique blend to the table when negotiating with city officials and homes associations for clients.
LAM Development has chosen Christina Ricci as our exclusive real estate partner. Christina is licensed with Prudential Kansas City Realty at their Hallbrook location in Leawood, Kansas. She is very knowledgeable of the Old Leawood, Mission Hills and Fairway neighborhoods where LAM Development is currently focusing on rebuilding homes. Christina is also actively involved in many building and design aspects of LAM homes and is happy to assist homebuyers if so desired.
